Okay, even if we accept the Manly report to the NRL about the 2009 season launch suggested Stewart was asked to leave the premises, so what?

Any responsible employer would intervene when there is not responsible use of alcohol, so why are they being punished for it.

However, more importantly, let's not forget that one of the main reasons the NRL intervened and imposed such large penalties was because they were at loggerheads with the Manly Board about how the situation should be handled.  The Manly Board, fractured as they were, advocated the situation eb handled IN EXACTLY THE SAME MANNER THE NRL IS NOW HANDLING THE MARSHALL SITUATION.
