Plenty of crap about him lately

How bout some credit where it is due fellas.

His last 2 weeks have been pretty solid to lead us into the final

yeah monas been good but what about king? and the rest of the forwards, they are playing more like a team the past two weeks. lets hope that keeps improving

 

[Chip and Chase]

He did play better last night, but that is the sort of performance an NRL class halfback should be putting in WEEK IN WEEK OUT. It seems that when he comes up with flash in the pan performances everyone is on the bandwagon and forgets the 7 weeks of misery beforehand.

I must admit his task was made easier by a much improved performance from the forwards last night. They really got stuck in for the first 40 minutes.

Let's see how he goes next week against Parra.

He plays better under pressure sometimes. Ie Penrith and Roosters.. and last night.

I still think he will struggle without a regular 5/8 next week as Parra will shut him down as they know we have no 5/8.

 

[Canteen Worker]

Monas did some good things last night. I think the criticism is more about the way he drives the team around the park, rather than anything else.

He had some good touches, a few atrocious ones though I would have given him 7 out of 10.
