Well done Robbo. Should probably be the poster child for the club when it comes to why a player should sign for us. In and out of first grade at the Raiders but as solid as a rock on the northern beaches under Dessies coaching.
3 games to get him 13 tries for the 100 in his career. He deserves that milestone and while were at it, another premiership.

As Volley said Des and Crusher must be comfortable with what we having coming through. If we get Farrar back that adds some depth and he is a better no 1 than Robbo. Whare, Oldfield and someone else stepping up if required.
As for Robbo. Been great for us, very underrated and will be missed.

Very dissapointing but 100% support his decision to look after himself and his family. Still reckon he could have gone around 1 more year in the nrl and then gone to england. Maybe the injuries he had towards the end of this year made him worry a bit about the future?
Anyways, he will be missed and its a shame we couldnt give him a brookie send off game. He's earnt one.

Brissie kid, with us losing 1 million plus again be frigging happy the salary cap is in!!! Imaginbe if it wasn't??? We would be down near the bottom!!! Let's hope we reach the cap next year as I imagine Penn and Quantam will try and cut more costs to stop the dough running down the drain. He was the odd man out in regards to contracts, every other outside back had already been re-upped or had years left on their deal, I came to terms that we would be without Robbo next year a few months ago. It was the right time for him to go, fantastic player, hope he does well in England.

Good on him for taking an opportunity to live in the UK whilst getting paid to play Rugby League, glad he's not transferring to any other Aussie NRL team.
It's been FANTASTIC seeing Robbo play so well on the field in the Maroon & White, and looking forward to that continuing this weekend, 2 weeks after that, and then in the GF 1 week after that!
