Best centre last year yes, but I can't agree he is way down on form. I think its a symptom of the fact that so far this year our backs really haven't had a platform to work on like they usually have because our forwards have had no go-forward for the most part. But in the games we've won Skivy has usually been among our better players.
His biggest problem isn't form, though I'll admit that he is down on last years which was arguably the best of his career. Its the fact that he rarely starts a game 100% healthy and usually finishes it feeling worse because he throws himself into everything he does out there.
