Game Day: Manly v Warriors [Round 9, 2021]

What a game man. Love battling out those close games with the warriors, always will have a soft spot for them. But wow, that second half comeback was just next level. But we do play in patches and we need to fix that and be able to put on a complete 80 minute performance. Otherwise the top teams will roll us over. Keppie stood up amazingly, bounced back from that Des spray, knew we were down on troops especially in the middle, and just had a great defensive performance. And Tom Trbojevic, well what can I say, absolute freak of nature. Gotta clean up on our defence, we will learn from this game and keep pushing on.

Didn’t say it pre game but had a feeling Suli would not be used. Next week Marty and Siro in. Saddler and Suli out.

Mr Cotter is going too well in all departments, it's too hard to take him out of the team for the potential Suli shows

There should have been a lot more awarded to us except for the incompetence of the Referee wouldn't penalise the Warriors even though it was plain as day that they were holding down and laying all over us for all to see except for him.
