South’s were gassed after the Melbourne game and played worse than us, still a lot better effort this week than last, but still any side carrying their no 7 is in trouble.

Our hooker and fullback are makeshift and out of position. Foran is going ok.

DCE is playing terribly and not earning his pay cheque. I actually think he needs to dial it back a bit, he's trying too hard and going for the miracle play too often.

Thats a bit harsh Bob, he didn't do too bad considering he was thrown in to cover a position last minute, I thought he showed glimpses, and could be a good option in the backrow for now, because we genuinely don't have any.

Well i thought the forwards had a go. We had chances. The 1, 6, 7 and 9 were poor again. DCE, very poor.

Agree but I think Walker played ok he is out position he is trying he had a go he needs to play centre he is a way better centre than Parker and I think Harper would be a better fullback than Walker

I think Dylan did ok tonight. ****e conditions & a couple of errors but some good runs also. He’ll get better. DCE needs a stint in Blacktown.

Overall our shortcomings again well and truly exposed. I thought there was more effort this week. The wet weather made it more of a contest and we did not win one key moment in the game in the end.

I though that Paseka did fantastic, got us back into the game midway through the 2nd half, lots of energy and thrust and made a great try for Marty.

Our Achilles heel is I am afraid our half back. The start to this season is woeful for him, wrong options, panic mistakes, ineffective kicks and no polish or control when it was needed. For what summed it up was after we got back into the game at 12-14, and a strong set of six after that try and he kicks the ball so far out on the full which undoes all the great work, absolute shocking from a rep half. too many errors like that from him!!!!

I thought the guys rolled up their sleeves but were constantly undone by ball security. We look horrible with the ball, we need a 9 to direct us around the park so our halves can do their work.

The only consolation for me was to see Schuster get nearly a full game, he did well, I thought our pack did OK.

The difference was their spine. they control the game, win the big moments and they had the class to put us away in the end.

Tough night and again poor result, better effort and so much to improve on.

Just got in and caught the last couple of minutes. I never seriously thought we’d win but conceding less that 30 points after last week; we’ll I suppose I’ll take that.
