Game Day: Manly V Souths [Round 18, 2025]

Even though the rabbits are down the bottom of the ladder, they have actually been pretty competitive in games. They lose a lot of that though without having Mitchell, Gray, Walker etc. The thing is though we have a strong tendency to lose against depleted and bottom of the table sides.

What works in our favour is Duncan at centre, I've looked at his rlp and as far as I can see he has never played in the centres and Host in the starting side for the first time this year. Hopefully AJ has too many kms in his legs to be roaming around at fullback.

What surprised me was him dropping mamazelous, I thought he was good at the start of the season before injury. I also thought he was actually going to give Dodd a crack being named on the bench at first. Seeming he has named Ryan Gray and Brandon Smith both on the bench, both normally hookers, I can only imagine that he will be putting one of them in a lock role maybe??

We haven't defeated the Rabbitohs at 4 Pines Park since 2019, could today be the day?

Or heaven forbid Seibs could work on mixing our attack up, would be nice to see us aiming some attack through the middle, rather than just turning Burbo in. But you’re right our middles need to do their job, still think as Waz pointed out, our backline has way to much class, South’s should be in for another long afternoon.
