I'm happy with that. I didn't feel as though we really fell away.

I think we were the dominant side for nearly that whole half.

Unlucky to have an intercepted ball of course, although even the sharks second try didn't feel as if they broke through us as it was a lazy effort on our behalf

Gotta spring back in the second half, and with Taupau coming back on rather soon I think we should carry through. Been very good thus far

Yeah, I have to agree with a couple of the comments above regarding lack of impact from our bench. We really lost quite a bit of momentum after Marty left the field. Perret's lumbering and ADF quiet so far.

Crowd penalties have kept the Sharks closer than they deserve to be. I'd love to see whether Lewis was onside or not for that intercept too.

We're in front but that'll mean that the refs will be favouring the Sharks in the first 20 mins of the second half.

Any way you want to judge the 1st half....if someone before the game offered me 19-12 at half time, I would be a happy camper.

I think it was more a lack of ball than effort. Dumb intercept try, Tommy missing a bomb he should have taken. Perret and AFB can't do much when we're doing that.
