We look pedestrian in attack, crabbing sideways, running one out. We miss Foran more than they miss Maloney.

The last few minutes of the 1st half we looked more dangerous with quick players with players running lines. Not looking good though.

Do any of our forwards have a decent offload in their game? It's so mind numbing to watch. Glenn Stewart needs to mix it up a bit. He's a passenger in attack. Buhrer looks good. Symonds to 5/8 is ridiculous.

I know I was right about Toovey. He has no new game-plan. Same I was right about Lowe. Anyway - people get what they wanted in the end. It is, what it is. This roster is top 3. Toovey will have us not making the 8, but I'm sure he'll use all the excuses like injury, suspension and that junk.

We are back to mid 2000's in my mind.......whatever though. Interest has wained, as you can tell by my posting frequency.

As for deception in attack, we seem to be devoid of that.

Is this the first game you've seen in 2 years Mauler? Manly's attack has been very ordinary for years.

Buhrer has made a difference IMO. Straighter running and good footwork can turn this around.

i can't see where hiku is going to be used, really could do with a fresh prop coming on at the 50 minute mark instead.
we always seem to run out of room in attack and just going across rather than ahead, relying on spreading rather than those inside (and straight) lines horo and symonds were running early in the year.
need to somehow maintain this posession rate or it could get ugly.
hopefully a half time spray has some effect.

The best we looked in that entire 40mins was when Rose was on the park, running straight and hard. Horo saw that and went with him. We need another person doing that, especially with Lawrence going off the bail lately

DCE has to step up, simple as that. It won't happen, but if we get desperate in the last 20, toss Lyon into the halves

It's only 8 points. You can'y expect to lose Foz and the attack to be flawless. Expect Gift to pick up his decision making and off load the ball quicker. DCE is doing his dancing shiit again...shift it to matai and jorge with some space. Second time I've seen Hasson play. he's a goer.

We have played ****, but of Brett and Buhrer scored both of those that they should have, we would be leading now. It doesn't take much to change a game, but these 1st 5mins is crucial for us, we can't afford to let them onto the front foot which we tend to do straight after ht

There seems to be a common sentiment. Our defense is good and our attack is sh!te.

Im confident of our attack coming good. Im less so about our defense. We just watched 40 mins of footy and we have missed 18 tackles (notably Gift with 4) to 8 by the Roosters. Thats just not good enough.
