This is is a general question to everybody and not specifically to you Dion, but what does Tommy Talau have to do to get a game? Surely he is better than Clayton Faulalo who has seemed to get rag-dolled in the last game, just like Morgan Harper used to get done to him when he played for us a couple of years back. I would have also liked to have seen Nathan Brown picked over Josh Aloiai as well.
Because he is rubbish.

I don't think the weather will help us, but I still don't know what to make of this matchup. Raiders have looked like a proper football team in both their games this season, and their forwards are younger and faster than ours are. But it could be one of those games where everything goes our way and we come away with a good win. Equally, we could face some resistance and get hammered. Just so hard to know what to expect from this group of players.

What I find most perplexing about the ‘use our weapons’ approach is that we have plenty of shape and natural talent to score conventional tries when opportunities present.

If we struggled in attack, I could understand the necessity to roll the dice to make something happen…but things will happen naturally when you have ‘weapons’.

It’s like Seibs wants a grenade to go off when the handgun can take care of it.

Seems funny after our dominant performance in round 1, but here we are in round 3 and like many on here I am struggling to see how we win this one. I have even put a small wager on the raiders, so at least I won’t feel so bad with a loss.

The Cowboys are crap , they made us look fantastic and gave us false hope.

Frustratingly for us fans, it appears that both Talau and Brown are injured but not on the official Manly injury list. Can't help but wonder what is the point of having a list at all?
This is a problem with this club this year.

It seems to have gone back to the old 'Secret Squirrel' days since Head Physio, Chris Bailey, stopped doing his weekly 'Injury Update' reports.

Now they are just being put out by some nameless and faceless person under the banner of 'Manly Media' who just keep everybody in the dark about injured players unless they are one of our main spine NRL players i.e. Tom Trbojevic, Daly Cherry-Evans, & Lachlan Croker.

You can get more information on our injured players from the NRL website than you can from our own seaeagles.com.au website.

This is just not good enough as far as I am concerned.

Media department now run by a bunch of “ digital creators “, I think the brief is more training photos and limited writing ( as that takes brainpower ).

It is a backwards step for fan, and paying member, involvement as far as I am concerned which just keeps us in the dark, information wise.

We’re just to trigger happy

I'm on my way to of all places...Canberra, due to unfortunate circumstances, but will find somewhere no doubt full of Raiders fans to watch the game (God help me).

Not a sellout but there should be a great crowd at Brookie and clear weather so ideal conditions. Defend, defend, defend and cut out the 6 agains and give Atkins no reasons to hammer us.

Somehow just find a way and do it for Beau. Go Manly!
