We have also seen great resilient wins from the same players against the Roosters and the Raiders and that is why I had faith in the boys . I do agree that a little tune up by Des wont go astray
And that’s what DCE basically said in his FOX post game interview. They tried to give him excuses, but he wasn’t copping any of it. Attitude, attitude, attitude. We had more injuries in the Raiders game, but the defensive attitude was there. Not tonight by a long shot. Fark he was pissed off. And that at least gives me hope.

I think we could all use a good laugh :) :) :)

Panthers had all the ball, didn't make errors and Sutton's six again calls early hurt us.
Overall we just got outplayed today. I didn't think think it was attitude. Towards the end it was just fatigue. We also have to face facts we have some players that just simply aren't good enough (Croker) or just rock barely NRL players (Elliot, Garrick, Levi). The 17 needs some new backs desperately.
I’ll take the captains reasoning...attitude....seen as though he was the one on the park for the 80 and busted his gut trying to lift the overall shiit attitude.

Yep and they do it well. Especially on the back 3
There needs to be a rule against lifting players in tackles. It is damn horrible to watch and extremely frustrating when a guy runs 10 metres forward, no held call and two or three Panthers pick him up and drag him back 15 metres.
This is not an egg and spoon race FFS this needs to be stopped!
It’s not rugby league

I like it. Sorts the men out from the boys. But just my opinion

Panthers way too good, we looked lost right after the drop ball from afb.

sitting in the fms stand our d on our goal line was not there.

we looked like dear in the headlights at times.

warriors next week, they start favourites In mind with how we played tonight, with it being forecast wet don’t like our chances.

if we are any hope of competing next Friday night high completion rates and repeat sets will be key.

very disappointing and disheartening night to be at the game live.

On a positive note. It's good too see Panthers playing so well . At least the roosters will struggle to make it 3 in a row. That young winger sure knows how to find the try line. Would have scored 4 again if he didn't get injured early

On that try that injured him, given that he can fly so high and turn back I was wondering if the defence would have been better trying to claim the space where he'd plant the ball (ie get under it on the ground) rather than try to push him out?
I should be a coach!

Definitely a credit to the coaching and recruitment teams, they had a lean season in 2019, they are now getting the rewards of their hard work with the younger players outplaying the opposition teams.

They copped a bagging last season particularly Ivan Cleary. He blooded lots of younger players in 2019 when they had many injuries to key players. even in 2020 loaning Hethrington to the Warriors will only benefit the club when he returns. Some great initiatives we could learn from what the panthers have accomplished.

And, much as people hate him, Gould for setting up the pathways that lead to this river of young talent.

Panthers are the most complete team in the comp easily. Positions we are weak in - outside backs and back rowers they have it in spades, even with injuries! They didn't even have their first choice centre, winger or full back! They have loaned Hetherington to Warriors. Then throw in API and Cleary. Far out. Complete side!

Off season we need to think about bloody youth.

Burbo, Schuster, Hoppa Jr, Quac, Funa, Harper, Cust etc etc. Hopefully Faniu back and more luck with injuries.

Cannot seeing Hasler do it this year though.
