Just stuck my head in to the one eyed worm site and by jove the natives are restless tonight.
Some blame Mannah, some blame the Dalai, some conditioning, Norman Bates or recruitment.
Some call for Queen Arthur to be replaced by, ironically, Tooves, Dessie or both.
Some call for all the islander players to be dropped or some garbled rubbish about their afl coach.
And of course hayne and Moses get a mention.
It's like a beautiful symphony.
They do seem to have made some piecemeal attempt to clean up their language but one thing remains the same....
They are still f*cking illiterate.

The NSW Police have been notified and are on the lookout for the Parramatta Eels first grade team.

The Brad Arthur coached Eels were scheduled to play an NRL game against Manly-Warringah at Brookvale Oval today, but concerns are now held for their safety after radio contact was lost with their chartered Hayne Plane shortly after take off and the team hasn't been heard from since.

In related news, embarrassed doesn't-matta fans and television commentators who picked the Eels to win continue to hide their faces in public much to the amusement of Sea Eagles fans.

Things you remember.... Somewhre in the mid 1970s Manly beat Souths 54-0. The Daily Mirror or The Sun used to have in stats box of each game report a man of the match. It had "The whole Manly team. And Gary Stevens".

I could give the whole Manly team MofM for today. But couldn't add a single Eel.

Gonzo ahem... Bozo writing off young Brian Kelly for the last 16 months and then going missing in action. But it is a forum and we are all entitled to our opinions... and he did beat me into submission regarding the tipping competition. He’s a good Manly man @BOZO but he’s a sh1thouse judge when it comes to playing talent.

Fun fact.

With Blacktown winning 46-0 over Wentworthville yesterday and Manly winning 54-0 over doesn't-matta today.....we beat that club and its affiliate 100-0 this weekend.

As I suggested before the game, Manly would run away with this one if they combine as a team effectively. This same forward line up, with some extras of worth now, demolished several of the top teams last year through the forwards, and they are in my opinion potentially the best group in the competition. It amazes me that so few media types recognise this rise. Big call but they are young and on the rise. They just have to stay focused and consistent...and of course avoid injuries. I suspect this is a team perhaps a year or two away from a premiership thanks to some excellent recruitment and one of the best coaches in the game.

Thank you Manly boys. Since B. Arthur left I've been waiting for us to beat Parra.
Each loss has been more excruciating than the one before.
This massive win in colossal heat has erased all that pain.
And thanks to the supporters who cheered them on in that furnace. I know I wimped out - well done all!

Doesn"t get much better then that for a great Manly win and just so comprehensive . Plenty of self belief and confidence too, which should be a real positive going forward .

Alvaro and Mannah can't believe I ever doubted the result for this game. The bench was alot better this week. Hayne was non existent in attack and defence. Loved the ragdoll treatment french was given. I hope Eels sign French to a multimillion dollar deal. Same side next week Baz

we have called it off this week. For mine the most likely suspects were Uate and AFB for his repeat offense dumb penalties, with a touch of Api for the same. But this week it was good across the park

Haha just read that although grasping an understanding of what they're saying is extremely difficult, the damage being done to the English language on that site is unforgivable, maybe the government should consider building a school or two out in the Parramatta area I'm sure there's one or two who might just have the intelligence to use a crayon!!
