How depressing. Rd 26 and we sit 13th. Reality we lucky not to be 15th. 2nd year in a row no finals and the legacy of a decade of dominance and success all but vanished. I couldn't be more pissed off with the direction of the club over the last few years than now. It's fu*king sh*t and it better not be repeated next year or fu*k me this place will burn.

Mick you are well known for mock pessimism before wins. Going on that post manly is a sure thing today, and in 2017.

Mate another season of this sh*t and we'll start to see a generation of youngsters walk away and support something else and we'll lose them for good. I'm expecting next year to finish between 5th- 7th. I don't think top 4 is reasonable and if we're struggling for 8th or worse then it won't be good enough.

I'll reserve judgement until I see the final team, but in my " 5 year plan" scenario , year 1 bottom 8, year 2, bottom of the top 8, year 3, top 4, year 4-5 , top 4 Premiership opportunity!!

So 2017 being year 2, is expect maybe 6th-8th next year.

You can't win from there but it would be a good experience for them to play in the finals.

Now we just have to see if it goes to plan.
