I think that was the worst game I have seen DCE play - his continual turning the ball in to players like Waddell was so negative and got Manly zero results. Walker completely outplayed DCE, so why do Easts want him??

Nothing official but in between rumours and even people mentioning it like Matty johns on his late night show makes it obvious that everyone behind the scenes knows about it.

Watch the pre game interview with DCE when Cronk asks him about it, DCE started blinking that rapidly that he nearly started to fly and he doesn't ever deny it just throws one of his many cliche sayings like "I'm just focused on manly and our season right now" every time someone asks him about it.

Quite glad when that game ended. My lady hit the nail on the head when she said Manly were woeful and she felt rather offended by it. We honestly played like we had no idea, hopefully we can jag a win or two in the run to Mad Monday.

This season is now over for Manly. It was a dismal night and a very dismal, and INEPT display by the Manly team. But the basic defects have been visible to many supporters now for several weeks - mainly a forwards pack filled with slow past their best journey men discards from other clubs, plus a backline that has some key players who are in decline, plus little back-up depth. Next season I think the main priority will be to find and stick with an effective dummy-half who can scoot as well as pass. But first will have to thoroughly discard most of those players who simply are not up to NRL standard. The standard of recruitment and team selection must improve on what has been happening in recent seasons.

Apparently Jazz felt a pop in his hip and had to be carried into the sheds.

I think that's season done for jazz and time at Manly sadly he has put in every week effort and wish him well over in UK

To come home from Brookie wet, cold and despondent and read that Manly players were laughing after such a loss makes me feel sick! I was tempted to walk out in disgust and in hindsight I should have. The conditions were appalling and it was so hard to watch them play as ineptly as they did.
I can't understand why they had no desire to tough it out, like the Roosters did, when a top 8 position was on the line?!

I've ditched any plans to make the trip to Canberra next week. If we play like we did tonight, we'll be annihilated.

3.55am die-hard Sea Eagles fan... not sure if anyone else mentioned this... but what I took out of the first half was the game changed when Burbo got injured, off the field and didn't return.. not saying anything other than Manly don't believe in the team spirit. If one is down and out, they all curl up and go hibernate... seriously team should seek some soul searching otherwise they shouldn't represent the team, club and especially fans... PS at half time I decided to turn the game off cause there was no point watching. Not sure if the second half was any good or the team were just out of luck
