Bizarrely even at 18-0 down I was confident we would pull out a win but that isn't saying I wasn't completely and utterly frustrated at how poor we were playing. Attack one again looked like we were trying to live up to the top 4 tag without developing combos. Too lateral, too many frantic plays. (Everyone's fault)

Second half, once again, we knew we were in the **** and so played straight and hard with strong intent and a simple gameplan. Kicked early when neccessary, chased well and gave earlier ball (not saying it was anywhere near perfect though).

Terrible, terrible performance and outside of the warning shot that game was, I would much rather we completely forgot it happened.

Taniela has played 29 games now, under both Barrett and Des, and I don't remember any games where he made a particularly notable impact.

You'd expect more from a 2m tall prop.

I would do what Dez did tonight, less time for Levi, more game time for Crocker. Crocker hasn't played much footy, as just when he starts to play his best footy gets injured. Hopefully he stays injury free and keeps getting better. Has a kicking game too which he could use out of dummy half, stronger defender too

Crocker and Cust as the dummy halves. I don't rate Levi even when he was at drugcastle. Manase is definitely our no.1 but boy i miss Api.

Didn’t see that coming. They play like the Nimbin Hillbillies at home for 2 weeks, then play like a footy team away! Anyway, dodged a pretty big bullet there and just happy for the 2 vital points in the end. Poor Funa had a baptism of fire, but will be a great learning experience. We have to sort out the slow starts.
