Manly Injuries - is there a Positive reaction ?

I can only remember him missing games either 2020 or 2021 when he had ankle issues. Other than that I can’t remember another injury.
In just over 11 seasons he has played 292 games, if you add around 10 games that he missed due to State of Origin, he then averaged just over 26 games a season, amazing.
Yes, I can only remember just a handful of games missed due to an ankle injury, and probably none through suspension

Well the question that needs to be asked is why , once again, year after year we have another horrendous injury toll. What the fuk is going on with our strength, conditioning and medical recovery. It's just rediculous , it's not just bad luck, there is something seriously wrong with how Manly goes about their strength and conditioning. We'll never be able to compete at the top level with half the top 17 sitting on the sidelines constantly.

How many of those injuries that we currently have are soft tissue and could potentially be attributed to poor S and C? Very few, if any.

Tom - MCL
Paseka - MCL
Aloiai- AC joint
Davey - AC joint
Walker - Knee injury
Schuster - Syndesmosis

Whilst you don’t want to put it down to bad luck, unfortunately with these that is exactly what it is.

I have my doubts that it's simply due to their strength and conditioning.
The game has changed. Forwards and wingers all have speed and steps.
Keiran Foran has survived all these changes and wound back the clock...

Not seeing too many positives at having our $1mil+ marquee spending 35%+ of the season sitting on the sidelines once again. We are never going to move higher whilst ever this continues.

Really sweating on what the team list might be tomorrow, hope Davey is good to go, Walks very doubtful, Tent no way. Heard talk of Schuster making a surprise inclusion, would feel a whole lot better if the Club contests the grading of Olakalatu's supposed arm to the head.
