I see Des as man manager coach who isnt a huge tactician , has probably lost his hunger and i suspet that has something to do with working for the Penns twice. they seem to have avery KPI relationship

Not sure if he would have been a better player if he had 3 contracts in that time but its fair to say he would have tested himself more often. he seems very michael Clarke in the team environment , complete with his katich and hastings moment, which is ok if your scoring hundreds but his 2 second inning tons per year against Zimbabwe, batting at 6 is getting old
