What about adopting the NFL rule: scrimmage where forwards line up against one another and the ball is hiked through the legs to the quarterback (halfback) who can then pass it to their backline?
Well why not? We've already adopted so many other Septic ideas/words?

Why do the refs call "break" when the ball leaves a scrum?

Surely that's assisting the defensive team?
