There’s nothing , other than a Manly Premiership , that would make me happier.

I’ve mentioned many times but my very best mate ( since 1st class in 1960) is a Parra fan and it irks him constantly his many spoons they’ve got , and how we haven’t got one single one.

If we are being real we have played like you know what in the past three games. Yes a touch up to the storm but the other games have actually been fairly close.

It is not wooden spoon form as much as the first couple of games were not premiership form

Agree, I don't think we get the spoon this year. However, I think the year looks like The Turbo Show yet again: how much Turbo we get, that looks like being how good we go. Might still finish bottom 4 of the 8.....or bottom 4 of the comp.

Parra would have beaten us today. On current form, I would not be confident against any opposition. We might out grind the knights and the titans may have too many errors, but unless Tom comes back firing, a spoon challenge is not out of the question.

And that’s the issue with this team. With Tom in we are a top 8 side. Without him we are also rans who in a close comp could well be battling the bottom 4.

I'm afraid you are right, Penrith looked back to their best in the second half. They'll only build on this come Sat night. We'll be doing well keeping it to a 20pt loss.
