Wow what a great pick up. He is super tough, he can tackle, ball play, run. Superb game and has been every week since injury.
Has 14 printed on his forehead in a full strength 17.
Can cover 3,4,6,7,9,11,12 and 13.

Yep I was wrapped when we signed him. He has finally been given an opportunity to show his real ability in the NRL. He has worked incredibly hard to get there, and if he can stay injury free will be our best signing for awhile. Great to see a Tweed Coast Raider doing so well 🙂

He is our best "available" number nine right now. Croker is playing great at the moment, and deserves his spot as nine. God know he has had to work hard to get that spot. Lawton is a better nine, but for 2021 the best role he can play for the team, is to keep doing exactly what he is doing right now. i.e Covering 11,12,13 in a starting role when required, and utility role off the bench, when we have all of our best players available.

His signing is turning out to be a shrewd one and if Manase is unsuccessful in beating his charge, we have two viable 9s in the squad. He really takes the pressure off Croker and our halves with his work!
