The Bulldogs will face the Dragons, and the Cowboys will take on the Knights in the NRL season-opener at Las Vegas's Allegiant Stadium.

The NRL announced the schedule of matches, to be played at Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas, on Saturday, February 28 (Sunday, March 1 in Australia).

English Super League teams Hull Kingston Rovers and Leeds Rhinos will also face off.

NRL ditches women's game for Vegas as teams confirmed for 2026

There will be no women's game on the schedule for the NRL's season opener in Las Vegas next season, with the Bulldogs, Dragons, Knights and Cowboys set to play next year at Allegiant Stadium.

By my reckoning Manly will return to Vegas in 2028.
I still have a hankering to go, but a couple of things will determine my commitment:
1. We will have to have a competitive team
2. The cost
A friend of mine went this year and took his two sons, as one is a keen Shark supporter. He said it was amazing, yet warned about how expensive the whole trip cost. And my mate is quite wealthy.

My guess is all the dogs, knights, and dragons' players will be in the lockup within 24 hours of arriving...

and the cowboys players will be dazzled by the big city lights and forget to turn up.
