King Needs to Stand Up

At the risk of a 'Capt Obvious' comment, especially to regulars on this site (who have been pilloried as Kingbashers for years) it is time for the supposed next big thing as a Prop to stand up. They say Props mature later so it is time for our 'Hero' to show everyone what the fuss is about.

Two years ago he did nothing and last year we saw glimpses of form in a game or two. 2007 is the Year in which he must turn up or be relegated to the flops of the decade - no BK and so Kite needs some Props on which Manly can have a platform that allows the best looking backline we have had for years to perform.

He is the only prop in the NRL who averages 120 m being carried backwards in tackles by opposition players.

This is his make or break year. Same with Cuthbo and probably Burns as well. All 3 need to show big improvement on last year (Burns in attack and stop giving away stupid penalties) or its bye bye.

not jsut king but our bench props need to pull their finger out. The average off the bench for bryant, rose and lulu was around 50-60m last year, we need another 20m out of them as well as king
