So is this a new system this year where the charges are laid the day after a game rather than waiting til Monday ?

Burgess wrapped his arms around Pearce (?), Pearce was falling and came in contact with Burgesses shoulder. This should be thrown out in 2 minutes ...BUT it should have been reported. These things happen in a split second and full picture not available to ref. Also should have been a penalty as contact (accidental) with the head of opposing player
