We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. If you paid for premium membership and are still seeing ads please let me know and the email you used against PayPal and I cam manually verify and upgrade your account.

Not for him. I'm sure if, in fact, he actually pays the fine he'll be unhappy.
How would you like to work in a profession which deducts money from your salary because some Nufty reckons you did something wrong?
It was never going to be charged with anything higher than a fine, it barely merited a penalty.
Does he carry any points from the fine?
