I think Aloiai's nickname is humz.

Thats not from me, must of read it....on the main site?

Aloiai, Olakau'atu and Tuipulotu being switched out is generally just laziness in not learning their names.
You mean garlic, guac and tippy

Aside from the confusion of multiple nicknames fans bestow on players, also worth keeping in mind the issue highlighted by Erin Molan's attempted joke, namely in some cultures a person's name has great significance to the point where it might be hurtful or very insulting to disrespect their name. That episode caused me to think twice about some of the monikers I'd been using.

After last year's Dally M's, it has to be Oshay Olay. That was a podium finish stuff up.

I like Garlic sauce but Oshay seems to be the one catching on in the broader RL community.

I would like to nominate TtTtT (short for tiptoe through the tulips)for Tuipulotu. Hard to say but perfect for a forum nickname.

You are very correct. My last name is nothing like D!ckhea# but I get called that all the time. Whats wrong with people.

Likewise. I have Olakau’atu down as Guac in the MVP spreadsheet as that was his predominant nickname last year but will be changing it to Big O as the other has potential to be offensive.

Im looking around for Erin Molan to provide a cautionary tale - even when joking around we can see how flippancy impacts.

Edit - I gave up reading and replied, then saw SER8 respond likewise much earlier than me. My thought remains, just not original
