Verbal assault is still assault. Shadow boxing someone can be assault. Making threats is assault. You don't have to physically harm them.
The cops don't like being spat on. This is a serious charge up here.

Hidden behind a grassy knoll. On a serious note I am his Dr and have been treating him for a serious reflux problem for years. Whenever he sees blue he just has to spit. Back to the drawing board i guess its a shame as we were making such good progress!
