I never realised they were cousins and I initially thought you might have been joking, but it turns out James has quite a pedigree...

Roberts is the nephew of former player Amos Roberts, the cousin of Gold Coast Titans players Tyrone Roberts, Tyrone Roberts-Davis and Hull Kingston Rovers player Albert Kelly,[4] Anthony Mundine[5] and South Sydney Rabbitohs player Greg Inglis.

No, I wasn't joking. There are many family ties in rugby league. It's actually quite interesting when you do a little digging. In regards to James and Tyrone, I remember a couple of weeks ago when it looked like the titans were going to defeat the broncos. Right at the death with the titans in front by a couple, Tyrone put in a kick that ended up with James who raced through and scored.

The fulltime siren went and the handshakes began. Poor old Tyrone looked like he didn't know whether to congratulate James or slap him! Hahaha!

It was bad enough over the past 3-4 years cringing every time Snake got tackled and hoping he would get up without limping. And that was at the back end of his career. Roberts still has about 10 years of that to give fans

Roberts has speed (I think he's the fastest in the game over 40, but not over the full distance), but his defence sucks. Its only because he usually has Matt Gillett or Third Man inside of him that his lack of quality defence doesn't get exposed.

Over 40m, James would be the quickest for sure. Over 100, I reckon Gideon Gela-Mosby would round him up!
