When you watch these 'highlights' you realise how defenders now act as dance partners. They hold you up, do a little jig until a fellow dancer comes in and they have a three-in-one ring-a-rosy, with the ref singing out that crowd favourite song "You gotta Hold 'em, fold 'em...."
This is just one more terrible aspect that has come into RL. Jake is a refreshing throwback to the good old days when players could tackle effectively low one-on-one.

I agree but with the new 'its ok to strip' rule seeming to apply ... the slimy eels three in all grabbing at the ball and arms, hands,fingers style tackle was pretty effective against us on Sunday ...

I can see this leading to a big uplift in players being charged with indecent exposure in public
