I wonder if one of the sticking points with maguire was the kiwis job. Cause he’s publicly stated that any nrl job would have to be comfortable with him still coaching the kiwis. I don’t think I’d want a club head coach also an international head coach. It’s a huge commitment.

I think the only reason it really works with bennett is that by all accounts a lot of the tactical stuff is his assistants

As I have constantly posted , until the club confirms or deny’s I don’t believe anything that comes out of any journalists mouth.

They are simply click-bait rumours.

The club came out and denied signing Maguire, so that rumour proved to be correct but until the club confirmed that it was still just a rumour.
