I can't see why Penn wouldn't try and meet Madge in the middle. Be surprised if it would cost him more than one more wage.

Give Cartwrong the head recruitment position. He's done a much better job finding talented Kids, like Kelly than he has coaching.

If we have to have Cartwright but have as assistants Randall and Brent Kite with fitness Matt Ballin then we have Manly working for us. They would bring the Manly never say die attitude plus the fitness that is so badly needed and with the young team that we have we could be a top 4 side for years to come.

The club really is at rock bottom, honestly I was more optimistic during the NE days that's how shattered I am atm.
There really is only 2 coaches available who can lead us back to the top of the pile where we belong, Maguire or Hasler.
Unfortunately I just don't see Penn being able to swallow pride with Des, or throw away a couple of mill by paying out barret/Cartwright /Randall and Ferris.
