As much as I detest Ennis he made some excellent points about Des on 360 the other night. As we all know Des puts in so much work but it's the detail that sets the man apart.
Every manly player will be given a dossier on the opposing side and their direct opposition. Every player will know every Melbourne set play. Who's where and where they will run. Every player is made to feel part of the whole no matter wht their ability or stature. Ennis singled out Des's ability to make every player feel important.
The players joke about how much video they are doing but with performances like that I'm sure it will be lapped up....
