They need to bring in a rule that any length of time a player has to spend off the field due to an illegal tackle should be matched by the amount of time the offender has to stay off the field.

Unless blokes get sent off for high tackles like that, the NRL is not fair dinkum about concussion. rugby is soft with some of the red cards given, but that game takes a tough stance on any contact with the head and I wish the NRL had a much stronger stance than it does.
