As for rumours Gutho is released ... how does one 'release' a contracted player recovering from an ACL injury? The Eels have to pay him unless some other club wants to sign him before he's even recovered.

Didn't Hayne walk out on his million dollar Parra deal to get a 100k train on deal with the 49ers? 🙄

I'm happy Hayne has gone to the Eels. They have been travelling along very well and to me this is a lose lose situation for them.

Now a lot of people on here think Hayne is overrated. I think in Origin/one-offs/Grand Finals etc he is one of the best players around. He can produce unlike so many others. But as I have stated previously he is so inconsistent. Out of 24 games, he'll give you 4 where he destroys the opposition and almost singlehandedly wins you the game. 10 games where he'll be ok. 10 games where you actually check the program to see if he played.

Parra are welcome to him.

I just signed the online petition agains th3 rebuilding of ANZ and Allianz. Sign it with enough pressure the NSW government might go into damage control and can it. That would stuff up Greenburg’s flawed vision.
