Hayne Killing it

Does that mean someone else in the NFL can have him, or is the ride over and he returns home? I really hoped he kept living the dream.@:(

He is free to go to another team.

Does he still get a spoon when SF finish last?

the armchair experts were wrong...

it's obvious the guy has been used as a marketing tool by the 49'ers and now the hype has died down, he is surplus to requirements.

No one will pick him up. He has limited skills in the NFL and can't stop fumbling. That is a good combo if you want to be unemployed.

This looks pretty suss though - quits Parra to go to NFL, makes it and last exactly until NRL preseason training starts and he's now free to sign with uncle Nick who amazingly has a free fullback spot.

It's not an overly complicated dot connecting exercise to come to a conclusion that this was always the desired end result...

Don't worry Uncle Nick has booked the plane flights already, the Itinerary is a as follows.

Sydney-Auckland (stop and sign Money Bill up for the next two years), Auckland-San Francisco (turnaround point, sign up the Hayne Plane for the next 4 years), San Francisco-Sydney (meeting with Togg Greenslime to arrange paper bag payments for the cap to be ignored at the Rorters for the next 4 years).

Mission complete!!

It's interesting that I can't remember him having terrible hands in league. Now he has turned into Chris white

You can't get away with NRL technique in the NFL. Like the way Hiku and others will palm it or whatever. You need to hold it two handed and really ****ing hold it because some massive buff unit is going to try his hardest to rip that ball out.

I hope Seattle pick him up. I can't believe he got dumped because of his last fumble. His stats are still better than the other rookie they're keeping.

I can see him at the dogs if he does come back.

MFB, I made an edit for you as you forgot a step. 😉

Why can't Hayne just be a running back without being responsible for the punt returns ? The NFL balls are a pain in the arse to catch at the best of times, small, light and flies like a torpedo much different to the rugby and NRL balls. Feel sorry for Hayne. Piss them off Jarryd and try somewhere else, they used him for publicity and made a scapegoat out of him. Too much talent to be stuck in a sh**team

Smarter people than me will know for sure but......

Being put on waivers means that for the next day or two....every other team can have him if they want.

But it starts off with the last place team getting first preference.

I read somewhere that the 49'ers may be hoping that all the other teams pass on Hayne...then they can re-assign him to their practise squad...still develop him but pay him less money.

So......probably....his journey isn't done.

Maybe

I dunno

🙂
