He got back in Mata - that place is just a warzone. Seriously. What a joke. And in 2008 no less. What's the point of democracy? You could punish the place be instilling trade sanctions, but who does that hurt? The masses - and makes the bloke look like a saviour when he dishes out scraps.
I don't see this guy as any different to The Serbian leader that was captured by The Yanks, but he doesn't have the Albanians to rightfully blame everything on.
