Love him or hate him he is absolutely spot on with that article. Gould is the lone media voice against the Goebbels like News Ltd establishment.

I like Gould but what about his comments about Lockyer.

'Lockyer will play the next two games.. no doubt about it'

Do they get a second chance if they lose do they ? Is that a new Lockyer rule.. ?

Gus has his moments, but you cant read to much into his tipping ability. At the start of the finals series it was going to be a tigers dragons grand final. At this stage i dont see that happening.

Wake up. His job on Channel 9 is to keep viewers watching. Nothing more, nothing less. So of course he will say they are watching a classic match, to keep them watching.

We started watching at about the 30 minute mark and all agreed it looked pretty average, without much passion or excitement. Close scores at the end helped but seriously, Gus is paid to say stuff like that. Don't give it a second thought.
