Sure i thought he was hard done by, they are inconsistent but
He did do it so he wasnt getting off, a downgrade at best
He has carryovers so even with a down grade would have misssed the finals
He has signed elsewhere next year

That is why they didnt fight the charge and fair enough, no use wasting time and cash to help his next club
