Jack is injured, sounds serious

Such back operations can be major, from what I understand.

I asked Des about Jack and he said he has an issue with his back but he'll be fine and will be back (excuse the pun), but didn't say how long. I daresay after such surgery he could be out for a while.

I think he would be OK fairly soon, the incision is/ will be very small, if it's nothing major, which I doubt it is.
I'm having a laminectomy and fusion on Thursday and I hope to be at the first game against The Storm

I know someone who's recently had surgery and it was major, so I guess it depends on how major Jack's is. Des wasn't giving too much away.

Thank you, everything should be OK for both of us, spinal surgery isn't like what it used to be.

Recent video of Gosiewski lying on his back and trying to do the splitz. He mentioned day#2 I can only assume the injury/surgery is not too significant and "stretching #day2" is part of his rehab.
After having back surgery myself I can confidently say he will be fine sooner rather than later based on his movements so soon following the surgery

I'm with you @BOZO.

Just like a former great, he's seems to be the type of player that you want on our side - the opposition and their supporters hate him.
Yep, he can have hands like feet, can give away an absolute stupid penalty or two.
He's a dickhead...BUT he's OUR dickhead.
Seems like he'd run through walls if that's what Des & DCE asked him to do.

He fills in at centre admirably, in fact he seems to thrive on it when required.
He'd be my #14 every week.

nb: not for one minute suggesting he's anywhere near the aforementioned great but every team needs a player like him.

The important factor that all have overlooked is that a bad luck run of injuries have held his progression to fulfill his potential .
We cannot judge how good Gosiewski really is from his injury riddled past as we have not seen the best of him and the best is yet to come for Gosiewski and he could be anything !

All he needs is a injury free season happy ending from lady lack
and he will come good 😉

Far from it feathered friend as behind every great man like Jack is a great woman !
We cant live with them but we also cant survive without them and some how they bring out the best as well as the beast in us 🙂
