I need a bit of help from you guys and gals with this here poem - its set to the music of the Beverly Hillbillies song (c'mon listen to a story bout a man named Jed etc etc), but its not about Jed or Jethro but about a wonderful bloke we know named Mr David Gallop...so here goes:

"Cmon listen to a story bout a man named Dave
Poor city lawyer taught that fullback to behave
He can drink 40 beers and tell the cameras his disgust
And fine naughty Manly club a hundred thousand bucks.....

Bucks that is.....folding stuff.....News Ltd yee har!"

Anyway the end bit got a bit weak and trembly but I'm sure you good thesbians can keep it going funnier and better haha - maybe a second verse about someone named Max and Scott and the stoush tonight at the OK brookie corral????
