Future of club

Worst ground, Shark Park by a ****ry mile, followed by Penriff.  Nothing better than to sit on the hill at Brookvale on a sunny Sunday afternoon, crowd roaring as we run up a winning score.

A BIG no to Kevin
A BIGGER no to Julia
And an EVEN BIGGER yes to Brookie.....absolutely unique

As I said earlier in this post, comes on, posts to stir the pot and then does not defend the comments.

Whilst I disagree with many on here they are least defend themseleves!!

G'day Wheel,
I was at a FC board meeting last night and the general impression re Brooky was that the influence brought to bear from many sections of the community (including of course the Manly supporters such as the great work and support given by you and many others) had been positive but still a ways to go yet with the community consultation.

There are a couple of meetings scheduled in the coming months (advisory committee etc) that will be important and the club is also in regular contact with council so will keep you and others updated as and when.

So upshot is that the push has been very valid but needs to be maintained as the community consultation process progresses.

There are a number of potential options but the club is very much behind the commercialisation of the area in the Southern end of the ground and ideally the implementation of more under cover seating for the Jane Try Stand.
