No way the dogs will release klemmer from his contract

The only thing I can think is that they are in a bad cap position and if the offer is there they may take it to get under the cap.

Thing is to offload players to meet cap compliance, you need to have clubs wanting to buy them.

Not happening, Klemmer will never leave Dogs. Woods is his best mate also. Jackson and Klemmer are their top priorities, Jackson will be their skipper. Both are the future forward pack of NSW and Australia, Dogs arent stupid. I actually think Dogs will be a top 8 side next year. The squad they have is good enough and with Foran now they have a playmaker. Not expecting a premiership from them but Pay is a really good coach and could get them back to the top. Dogs are just one of those sides like us, melbourne and broncos, they dont stay down for long.

If we could manage to pull off the signings of all three we'd be bloody Minor Premiers. Not going to expect all three, although one or two would be good enough to make us a huge threat

Our NSW Cup backs look allWright, don't they...?

we dont need moylan
We don't right now, although seeing Green is as old as he is we need a quality 5/8 in a short time period and the ones available are unlikely to move or would not be worth signing. Now is the only time

Those teams look pretty good. The U20 team looks real strong for next year, providing the eyes don't get picked out of it at seasons end by the circling vultures. Josh Martin, Elia Faatui, jade Anderson and Jesse Martin all to old for U20 next year so probably move to NSW Cup. You would then think that Fainu, Tarrant, Andrews, Olakautu, Cust and Maarbani would start knocking on the door of NSW Cup selection. Overflowing with talent so plenty of competiton for places and selection headaches.

Love it, hey.

The more I think about it, the more unrealistic Klemmer sounds. They have already off loaded two props in Kasiano and Graham. Even if the Dogs are currently a basket case there’s no way anyone over there signs Woods to strengthen their pack and somehow calculate that losing Klemmer on top of the other two is a good move. Particularly when Klemmer is potentially the best of the four mentioned. The only reason I thought Klemmer was a chance was I’d read a few times that he has a Des get out clause. But if he does it would have been reported on by someone and it hasn’t. No way they will offload Klemmer on their own volition. Even they can’t be that dumb.

Klemmer would absolutely kill it in our pack but, as others have said, the Dogs would be mad to let him go and the fact that Woods will be there as well makes it very unlikely. Unless we re-ignite the rumour that Woods has decided to stay at the Tigers…

We have Marty who on his day is the top prop in the NRL, Lussick who is coming in to his prime as an experienced prop, AFB and Perrett who both showed this year they are capable and still improving, plus Sipley and Talanoa with almost zero NRL experience.
Myles and Lawrence departed.
Therefore - we will definitely be adding at least one more front rower, my guess is someone with 50-100 games in NRL.
