Finals [Week 3, 2017]

Even though tonight's game was almost a full house in Melbourne, it seems the AFL are going to win this week's attendance battle hands down.

An AFL record 53,817 (234 over the official capacity) have turned up to see Adelaide win their way into next weeks AFL Grand Final. And they are expecting 90,000+ tomorrow at the MCG.

Predictable beyond reason result. Broncos losing is always good but Storm winning is sickening as it watching their coach carry on in the box. A bad message for the NRL no wonder the crowds are down this is the stuff killing the game we love.

Quite a big deal was made about the late hit on Cronk, in my opinion it was far less dangerous than the one on DCE by Burgess earlier this year.

I just went to watch the highlights on nrl.com as I thought it must have been a massive hit. But err... it looked like bugger all. Is it just the footage? Because it looked like a shove/bump with a cronk dive.

Burgess' on dce was miles worse.

Looking forward to going to work today and commiserating with the Broncos supporters...."Your team played their best, they can't help it that they're crap"...."I blame Bennett, they need a younger, smarter coach who doesn't have a stick up his arse"...."There's always next year, same old same old"........

Of course now all the Broncos bright sparks will say they're supporting the Cowboys because at least they're a QLD team, if they lose they'll support Melbourne because of Smith/Slater/ Cronk....I don't want to sound like a weirdo but go the Roosters.

Ricmond had more people at training than the NRL got for Sydney games

I was just thinking , can you imagine the Scam , Billy and Gronk love fest next week.

Bring on the Vomitron!
Especially if god makes a comeback for the cows if they beat rooters, bit of media scuttlebutt about him playing if they make it.
then it will be a vomitfest,
the QLD mutual admiration society

Just ask how the Broncos went then...

They're all inbreeders, what can you do?

So what’s the Fairytale boys and girls, I’m now in the “ Scott / Thurston to return for the GF “ camp.

Imagine the promotion of that scenario, fair dinkum it’s a TV owners wet dream.

The “ Big 3” v their Queensland besties.

I can smell it!

They may as well play the GF at Suncorp then. I can't imagine many Sydney RL fans would pay to attend such a spectacle.
