Apologies in advance. I know this has been done, but after the defections I'm sure my team has now changed. I tried to do a search but couldn't find the original thread. So, as I said, after adjusting for the defectors:
    1. Eadie
    2. Boustead
    3. Lyon
    4. Innes
    5. Robertson
    6. Lyons
    7. Toovey
    13. Vautin
    12. Gibbs
    11. Menzies
    10. Ward
    9. Krilich
    8. Randall

I had to push Randall up to the front row to accomodate Rambo.
I was surprised at how few current players I had. In another 5 years I reckon a few more of the current players will be in there. ie: Stewarts, Choc and Matai

Eadie is the best fullback that will EVER play for this club-Brett can be ballboy, and have a run when the great wombat pulls a hamstring.

That team would take beating all over the park>Speed, Power, Skill

Big call on wombat over Brett. I only saw wombat in 81-83.

We have been lucky with 3 amazing fullbacks over the last 25-30 years in eadie, ridge and Brett.

It isn't about who is the best anyway, it is the posters favourites

Comparing them is really pointless anyway, the role of the modern day fullback is so much different now to what it was back then

Brett IS amazing mate. He does have all the benefits of modern training methods etc etc. Brett is an athlete.
The wombat was a footballer-ask some of the old boys who support the club-No one will come close the the Great Man.
BTW-Eadie was at his best 71-80. 4 GF wins and 6 GF appearances...Not too $#^@ing bad Cam.
Oh, plus he was my HERO!!!! :)

Same but Wombat bent the line from fullback.
Another game of his to watch is Halifax in the 87 challenge cup final
