In a surprise move after the success they shared during the 2007 season, the affiliation between Doug's Dazzlers and The Pigeons has come to an amicable end.

The 2 teams will now be known as The Dazzling Pigeons and Doug's Utilities.

I guess the defending premiers, the Prahran Pyros should go around again. 

However the franchise has been relocated in the off season and is now known as the Pascoe Vale South Pyros.
