Ex Player Profile - Les Boyd

I could never understand why norths let him go as he (and his family) were an instititution there.

I am sure wheel could do a profile and take the piss out of him.

Built his legacy & left his loyaly elsewhere though. It would be like Beaver now playing for The Broncos - yep - he'd be more successful, but his heart will always be Manly.

What the hell? Why would someone have a site like that !!! What a wast of time.

Anyone know how to bookmark?

Just kidding !!!

Due to popular demand a profile on Wee Donny has just gone up.

I have a few in the pipe line:

Paul vautin, Wally O'Connell (I just bought his book) and Ken day.

Great profile on Donny McKinnon wheel. Brings back a lot of memories.

He was a copper based for quite a while in Mosman. My brother played against him in the north sydney A grade comp before he went to grade and said that he didn;t have a lot of natural ability but was as hard as nails and a good fighter (must be been all the years in the police force).

He is best remembered in recent years when he tried to save the baby from the burning car which was hit by the runnaway truck at the intersection of Pittwater and Warringah Road.

A good old fashioned prop who was never shy in taking it up to the opposition.

There must be a few other norths recruits that you can do a profile on (we have to keep you busy during the day). Maybe kenny Irvine soon?
