Canada starts it's seasons when it's correct astrologically.
So today, in Canada, it is the summer solstice, so summer starts then and yes , the dates change yearly.
Unlike aust who needs it on the same date every year....we can handle it. lol
Our shortest day today (what a coincidence!) but colder weather just around the corner, we've been warned!
It's been raining for a few hours. Happy summer to us! lol

Why is it when people get sick, they tell you they're going to stay away from you so you don't catch what they have.
Then they spend the next 30+ mins standing right next to you telling you how they feel, what they're going to do today, and what they'll do to stay away from you????

2 different houseguests in the last week, 1 was clearly coming down with something soon after arrival but stayed anyway, next day on leaving said, Oh sorry for visiting sick...
the next one notified me they had been sick before but had been all clear for the last week! - yet still coughing the next morn!
Sure enough next day I persuaded myself I was now getting sick!
Luckily turns out not, as I feel fine this morning (touches chipboard)
