It was going set for set for mine. We weren’t on top imo. Said in game day, we looked like s$&@ this week and last week. This week the team we played actually played well. We are actually a consistent team. Consistently s$&@! What’s inconsistent is the teams we play and dependent on that is what drives our inconsistent results.

Considering the talent still available in this squad, I can't remember a worse Manly team (maybe 2018?). What a slap in the face to all our supporters. Fck Penn. Fck Seibold. Fck these wannabe 'professional' players. The disgust is so strong that I must attempt to detach from this disgrace of a football club as best I can. My health is just not worth it anymore lol. I will probably need a Silvertails Anonymous to help cope with withdrawals. But it must be done. One day at a time

Furious as well, however that eels team will creep up the ladder. Ryles has the stones to make changes and actually play young guys. He does the opposite of what we do, in that we play and sign old laboring players. He came in and straight away started the clean out. This is where we are at now. Obviously Moses and Lomax help, but them unlike us ain’t relying on one or two players. They actually seem to play for each other and have battled through some early season adversity and are now stronger for it.

Our biggest problem is the passive, pop gun, slow, lethargic, timid, immobile, lazy forward pack.

I honestly don't think k the backs are where the problem is. We have the worst pack in the comp now Paseka is gone. FFS buy some young forwards with some legs. It's as obvious as dogs balls to everyone bar our recruiters

So true ...and until we have an aggressive line speed and first contact with a total defensive mindset, we are going to let poor teams like Parra put 5 tries on us. There's no resilience either from week to week. It's like we defend well for a game and then don't consider important the next week. They went out there last night to out score Parra. No defensive mindset at all and that's all Parra came with.

They had Lomax and Moses out and lost arguably their best strike weapon in Penisini early. No excuses. They ran harder and tackled harder. The first half scoreline flattered us as they bombed 3 tries. They were creating line breaks and overlaps at will. Who is our defensive coach? I would like to swap them for the Parra coach. And for people saying before the game we would smash them. Why? We are a very average football team. Not top 8 level. We are living on past performances, including Turbo. Parra had a young, hungry football team and thoroughly deserved the win (and I hate parra).

I agree with the above. To get flogged by the bottom team without its two best players is the worst I’ve ever seen from Manly in over 30 years. The Bears are closer to winning a comp than we are and I never thought I’d say that. I fear there’s no hope with the current ownership and until that changes it’s more of the same.

What in gods name is going on with this club!!
We the supporters deserve to know what are the issues,is it the coach,is it the players are dissatisfied with something,,can the club explain to us what are the issues surrounding the inconsistencies.
That was a disgraceful effort,they lack the drive and creativity in attack,the defence was virtually non existent.There job is to put in an 80 minute performance and we can’t do that on a consistent level.
Seibold said his usual comments saying the other team played better,well that’s not what you want to hear from a coach,his job must be on the line surely.Its just not acceptable.
Instead of having Arthur why didn’t they try Joey Walsh instead!?
I don’t get any satisfaction from criticising the side but boy I’m getting a bit fed up with the inconsistencies year in year out.

We are a couple of forwards short but other than that we should be competing WAY better. Way better. Im sorry, if one week we can turn up and play pretty well like last week and then turn in that sort of **** the next (and repeat that fuken pattern for years) then that proves we have a team that can win but we don’t have the right attitude. And that’s on the coach.

I agree fully. Sack seibold, never should have signed him. Waddell, Saab, Jake Athur, Brooks gone. Poor Jake T and Tom T are so worn out, put them on as coaches. Tom doesn't even look happy. We don't have any real direction in the forwards. Start bringing up young kids. Biggest mistake for letting Jamie Humphrey's go.
What a s..t show last night was against Parramatta.

Just totally outplayed when all is said and done.
Eels had a gameplan to move the Manly defence around relentlessly combined with some very willing running .
, Manly defence was unable to adjust or show enough mobility or application to cope and seemed to lose the plot a bit in the 2 nd half attacking wise which hardly helped also .
Shame that Joey Walsh has had a few setbacks to try and get to a higher level and just hope that he can get some vital game time over the next few weeks to maybe press for a 7 role when D C E is not available ,
Jake Arthur tries but a real drag on the sides ability to get any decent attacking options.
Energy and endurance level , game awareness , managing adversity , just all diminished last night as a unit
.Tough game last week but every side has to come to terms with that situation at various stages
One saving grace , Turbo moving much more freely ,
Burbo and D C E ideally available against the Broncs and trying to get that competitive edge back and on going which has to still be in the team "s makeup somewhere

It was on par with our worst performances this year. Don’t even watch the try scoring highlights.
