Eels are certainly having more of a dig. Win won’t come easy, but if we are Fairdinkum we should still win and reasonably comfortably, provided we put in. It’s basically a better side than the Panthers game and at the same venue. Like others have said consistency is the key. We turn up like Penrith game we’ll win.
We actually don’t have a great record at commbank 8/24, so getting one over the Riff there was good.

I’m sure the Slime will be motivated and they are playing better footy, we just need to make sure we don’t turn up with the wrong attitude thinking this one will be 2 points in the bank, I’ll be happy if we grind out a win or even earn it the hard way, couldn’t care less about the score, it’s a pretty important game table wise.

They are playing better now they have Moses back but he won't be there this week and no Lomax weakens them as well
A game Manly shouldn't take lightly though

Time we backed up a good win with another solid performance and win.
Couldn't agree more. One thing that worries me is that Parra played five or six games without Moses so should be able to adapt more easily for his absence than Manly without DCE. I'd love to see Jake Arthur have a blinder but in all fairness if his defence holds up, his kicking is good and he can provide good service to the runners that should be enough. Great to have Croker back - he's been sorely missed, especially his kicking game which is an absolute bonus in a hooker.

Manly and Parra again... this'll be good.

Wet, slippery conditions. Will be a close, hard fought game. One thing Ryles has done is lift their intensity and effort plays. No gimme this game.
Yep, and wet weather traditionally increases the chance of upsets.
Simplify plays so we can dominate possession and field position. We will miss DCE's long kicks but not his propensity for high risk plays.
Go Jacob! go Manly!

Noticed one forecast with rain easing around Sydney into tomorrow night which may assist Manly .
Good that the Manly pack is pretty much intact and no reason why they can not go on with it after that solid Cows showing and backline shifts were much better last week also so some improved conditions definitely will help there to replicate .
Helped also with Saab 's better input and of course again , only additionally need Turbo to up his game a bit to gain even more of an advantage or try to .
Would be some understandable uncertainty with Froggy and Lodge's return to the higher level but can only hope all good in the final washup

Looking forward to seeing Lodge back in the pack. His stats over last few weeks have been quite impressive so be interesting if he can replicate at NRL. He would be a huge bonus moving forward this year given Paseka gone and Alioia absolutely nowhere to be seen. I would love to see Lodge and Taukeahio open as our props. Powerful and intimidating me thinks.

We get stories about dce and his circus....

Parra gets this story...

The Parramatta Eels today officially opened the $70m Parramatta Eels Centre of Excellence (COE) and Kellyville Memorial Park Community Centre, the largest rugby league training precinct in the world, marking a transformative milestone for the Club and the broader Western Sydney community.

Funded by the NSW and Australian Government, The Hills Shire Council and Parramatta Leagues Club, the precinct features five full-sized rugby league fields and is the first gender-equal elite facility in Australia with all training facilities replicated for men and women across NRL, NRLW and Elite Pathways programs.

They deserve it, they have rocketed up the ladder and now sit smugly at 2nd last (albeit only by 1 bare point of for and against: -99 to - 100 !!!!)

This is the type of game, which our group have consistently failed to show up come game day. Now what we need is for the bookies to make Parra the favourites and just may be we could be a show.
