I know this is way off topic, but it's the shrill PC brigade that the mainstream in the US are sick to death of and it's precisely why Donald Trump is defying the odds with his outrageous statements. I fear for a world with him as the most powerful man in the world, but the backlash had to come and in my opinion the PC views of this world have a lot to answer for.

Yep that's the wave he's riding ,and it may take him all the way to the big red button (God help the world if it does)

You know you can be someone who both isn't a bigot and isn't one of your 'oh don't say that because someone might get offended' PC people right?

You haven't yet seen what you're doing. You're labelling people "PC" for emotively reacting to something they find offensive which you don't find offensive.

In doing this you are emotively reacting to something you find offensive that they don't find offensive. You're doing what you find abhorrent in others. You are PC about them being PC.

When we're intolerant of intolerant people we are (by definition) what we hate - intolerant. Same thing here.
