I will never understand the DCE lovefest on here

He has a great long kicking game but outside of that he often has no idea what to do when we are attacking the opposition line and gives away possession early in the tackle count. Not only that but it’s his side that is usually the one getting exposed in defence but it’s always the centres and wingers copping the blame.

He’s not alone in having a poor game today but we had a number of chances then at 6-6 and needed a lot more from our captain and halfback
He just confuses everyone every time he touches the ball.

DCE is great when we’re on top. When we’re playing **** like today and we need a leader to just play simple GOOD footy, he’s useless. He panics, he has no alternative to front foot play. Hunt is an example of a half who CAN play tough footy.

All our top over paid players are inconsistent its plain and simple we lack consistency doesn’t matter who you bring in to coach we have lacked consistency for over a decade now..top tier players should not drop easy ball or run around like a headless chook..these guys are players that feed off confidence but as soon as things get tough or hard they go missing like tom against top teams..I don’t see anything but inconsistency this season

Clearly this group doesn't have it mentally to switch on the effort week after week. Been the same for a decade. We are light years again from top 4 and barely look like top 8 with this lack of effort. All these errors come from a team not prepared to work hard and this comes from it's leaders who are looking to take easy options.

“Piss poor” pretty much sums that half up. Can’t hang onto the ball, can’t defend. The more things change, eh?

What’s most disappointing is the overall lethargy of the team. Zero urgency, zero fire. Which is why they are getting touched up by a bog average side.

Careful mate, careful. Fanboi’s will have you marked. Honestly been like it all his career.

Rocks, diamond, rocks, diamond, rocks, diamond. It won’t change. Was hoping Brooks would take the heat off but last 2 weeks whole sides been rubbish.

This could be my first winner for the weekend in the tipping.

Roosters to beat Panthers
Bulldogs to beat Rabbitohs
Cowboys to beat Broncos
Dragons to beat Sea Eagles
